When you register, request an invoice, apply to speak or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, country, chosen pass and any message you send. We also record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the page you came from, for security and analytics purposes.
We use your data to process registrations, issue invoices, answer enquiries, manage speaker and sponsor applications, and — where you have consented — to send you information about the summit and related events. We also use aggregated statistics to improve the website.
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tags, to measure traffic and the performance of our campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the event (registration, invoicing, email delivery, hosting) and with our sponsors where you have opted in. We do not sell personal data.
Registration and invoicing records are kept for as long as required by accounting rules. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
