Delegate passes are issued to the named individual and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. A substitution may be requested up to five working days before the summit.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event are refundable less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received between 30 and 14 days before the event are refundable at 50%. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event, and no-shows, are not refundable.
Where an invoice has been issued, payment is due within 14 days of issue and in any event before the summit. Unpaid registrations may be released without notice.
We may change speakers, sessions or timings where necessary. If the summit is postponed, registrations will be transferred to the new date. If it is cancelled by the organiser, paid fees will be refunded in full.
